The goal of Dance Fever club:  to promote unity and understanding different cultural backgrounds, traditional and values in diverse community in the US and Myanmar for the three themes below:

1. Stress Relief:  Dance can be an effective way to cope with and release stress during a crisis. Moving to the rhythm of music while dancing can help individuals to relax and express their emotions in a healthy way.

2. Strong Connection: Individuals can value and understand more about different cultural backgrounds of a country across the globe, different traditions and most importantly they feel a sense of connection, belonging and solidarity among diverse ethnic groups in the face of a crisis. For example, in Myanmar, we have over 135 ethnic diverse groups and we all come together and stronger in fighting against the military regime for 3 years and different cultural backgrounds.

3. Self-Empowerment: Dancing can help individuals to feel strong and capable in the face of a crisis. It can be a great way to boost self-confidence and self-esteem.
